Financial Administrator
Hi, I’m Kurt Hartvigsen, the Financial Administrator at the Presbytery of the Inland NW. I am excited to be serving Christ with some incredible people. Missional Expeditor / Cyclical Co-Director
I work as both the Missional Expeditor and Cyclical Co-Director for the presbytery. My work as Missional Expeditor focuses on helping congregations to be outwardly (missionally) focused. I do that primarily through our Lilly Grant funded initiative: The Ezra 3 Project. Through that project we guide congregations to align building use with their mission in order to serve and love their neighbors. As Cyclical Co-Director I work with leaders sensing a call to start a new expression of church. We gather discerners monthly and starters bi-monthly. Find more information about Cyclical HERE. I generally work Monday-Thursday 10-3 and will return emails and phone calls during that time.
Communications Coordinator
Hi there! I’m Katie McKinstry, and I am the Communications Coordinator for the presbytery.
I am at work Monday-Thursday from 8:30-2:30 (Tuesday-Thursday in the summer).

Cyclical Co-Director
I enjoy co-leading the Cyclical ministry with Katie and walking alongside others while they discern and start new expressions of church. I primarily work M-F and welcome all to join in the adventure of listening, imagining, experimenting, and joining the Spirit in creative new forms of ministry.
Land Stewardship Guide
We believe that faith property is meant to be used as a tool to accomplish the mission of God in the world. As the Land Stewardship Guide for our Presbytery, I accompany congregations in faithful discernment and offer technical assistance in using the buildings and property they steward to meet mission-aligned community needs.
